Rates quoted are for two adults in a one bedroom villa including breakfast basket daily and inclusive of GST.

Up to an additional 2 guests may be accomodated per villa on request ($50 per person per night).

Checkout by 10.00am.
Variations by negotiation.
Deposit of 50% at time of reservation.
Deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival date.
As a courtesy to all guests we reserve the right to disallow children under 14 years of age and pets.
